Average difficulty, lasting approximately 3 hours. Departure from the river beach Maceira at 10:00 h.
 The Tea River has shaped the landscape, dotted with heritage elements of high ethnographic value. Mills, irrigation, dams or irrigation sources are related to the different uses of water.
This river, together with some of its tributaries, such as Alen is part of REDE NATURA 2000 and the European network of protected natural areas. One of the best preserved rivers in southern Galicia.
The tea has seven species of native fish, which enjoy good quality of its waters. The lack of dams and other barriers allows migratory fish like salmon and lamprey almost reach Lourido.
This route passes through the newly restored mills and mill Portafurada four rodicios Maceira. It also goes through the steps and set Lourido abbey Barcia de Mera and others.
This time we will only dircular part of the route off the beach Maceira river, one of the most visited, and returning to the same place.
It has a medium difficulty and takes approximately 3 hours.
